Milan once again has its great elevator fair.
Paola Sarco, Director of GEE and the Construction Unit of Fiera Milano, celebrated the idea of resuming an Italian fair that was highly demanded by the sector, and doing so in a city like Milan, a European economic and cultural center, visited annually by 42 million of passengers.
The uniqueness and success of this commitment are due to the good idea of putting together the elevators with construction (ME MADE), with security (SICUREZZA), and with automation (SMART BUILDING EXPO) in a single exhibition, which is the MIBA Alliance. That way, the architect, the installer, the maintenance manager, the builder, and the engineer find everything they need for the building in one place.
With a well-selected audience, a large part of which was specially invited by the Fair, coming from Europe, the Middle East, China, and Latin America, the results were as expected. The next edition of GEE will be held in November 2025.
