Ascensores Cóndor, with more than 50 years in the field, provides monthly maintenance for elevators, forklifts, vehicle lifts, ramps phones, and other products manufactured at its industrial plant in Ituzaingó, (GBA) that require it.
The Preventive Maintenance service offered by the firm from Buenos Aires consists of two visits per month by a qualified and specialized crew.
The first one is carried out by a person in charge of cleaning and lubrication of mechanisms, who in turn checks the different components of the elevator.
The second visit is made by a technical representative from Ascensores Cóndor, who is responsible for verifying the safety of the elevators and their actions, in compliance with current regulations, both in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA) as well as in Greater Buenos Aires (GBA).
The importance of Preventive Maintenance lies especially in controlling and ensuring passenger safety while preventing premature wear of elevator components.
Ascensores Cóndor also takes over the advance presentation of reports that seek to raise awareness about those repairs necessary to guarantee the smooth running of the elevators. Every work gets its corresponding guarantee.
The Cóndor Elevators Maintenance area staff is made up of engineers and technicians who provide their services from different bases, located in strategic areas for prompt emergency care. In this sense, it has an active guard 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
